Wake Forest Baptist Names Senior Associate Dean for Research

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – August 31, 2017 – Gregory L. Burke, M.D., MSc, has been appointed senior associate dean for research at Wake Forest School of Medicine.

Burke, who joined the Wake Forest Baptist faculty in 1990, most recently served as director of the Division of Public Health Sciences for the past 18 years. In his new role, he will assist in the leadership and strategic direction of the research enterprise, join the Executive Steering Group and continue to serve on Wake Forest Baptist’s Board of Directors.
